Stasia has been a superior stylist since 1997. Her education stretches from Gene Juarez Seattle to New York City and Academy Ramirez Tran. Stasia's passion for one on one interaction with people, and her constant need to be artistic and creative, are what fuel her career as a stylist. She loves playing with color and helping bring out different parts of their personality through unique styles. From uber-natural grey blending to "grehancement", foiling, balyage and extensions to precision cuts, she has a wide range of individualistic clientele with a variety of styles. She shares her time with the salon and her family life at home chasing around her two talented kiddos. Stasia loves art, vintage furniture, decorating and updating something old in order to create a fresh, new vision and inviting space.


Michelle has been a stylist since 1996 and a key creative component of Oohlas for just about as long. Her education has taken has taken her from Seattle to New York with advanced training in Los Angeles. She specializes in cuts as well as creative color. Michelle's ability to take the fun and passion she has for her craft and turn it into a one-of-a-kind color/cut masterpiece unique to each individual, is a crucial aspect of what makes your visit with Michelle tailor-made. Michelle has an amazing ability to bring 100% to everything she does. Outside of the salon, Michelle enjoys the great outdoors with her dogs Chiquita and Elmer. Michelle is also passionate about her music, motorcycles and getting on the open road.


Jenny has been an essential member of Oohlas team since 2004. Jenny believes that communication is crucial to creating a successful stylist/client relationship; therefore, she prides herself on providing the unique attention for each guest that in her chair by being a great listener. Jenny is always prepared to brainstorm ideas and innovative options. As a native of the Fremont/Wallingford, Jenny has a passion for this community and the experience people have here. She enjoys working in this vibrant neighborhood salon with a close team of stylists. Jenny's expertise lies in honing in on the perfect style, color and cut to best suit your personality and lifestyle. Jenny masterfully gives attention to detail whether it is by creating a custom foil, beautiful blonds, special occasion updo, blowout or short and sassy pixies. When not in the salon, Jenny loves hanging out with her two boys and family, finding new ways to be creative, and relishing all the wonderful opportunities her community and city have to offer.


Kelly has always had a unique passion to be a stylist therefore making it her formal career in 2010. Her forte is coloring, whether it be natural brunettes and blonds or vibrant fusia, particularly if its something new to the client where they can both share in the creative process. Kelly truly enjoys the artistic, transformational aspect of her work; the way it can change a persons entire outlook, leaving the salon experience radiating joy and confidence. She says its that personal connection one client at a time that drew her into this career. Kelly also adds brow and facial waxing to her repertoire. She is experienced with men's styles and is happiest preparing someone for a special occasion, participating and contributing to memories that will last lifetime.


Devona is a Seattle native and we are thrilled to have her on our team of stylists at Oohlas. Devona's career as a stylist started when she was just 17 years old back in 1998. Fueled by her passion for making people look their best, she finds deep satisfaction in aiding others in feeling confident about themselves, listening and problem solving. Devona loves to do it all when it comes to hair, color, balyage and foiling but also has a natural ability with thick, curly haircutting. Devona dedicated herself to 3 years advanced training from Gary Manuel Seattle. Devona shares her time with her sweetest toddler and loves cooking, wine, camping and listening to music. 


Aleksey originally hails from Moscow but has been in the United States since the age of 13. Starting out his styling career studying at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute, graduating in 2011. He also has had the privilege of training under Gram Breakwell, one of the original hair designers for the first Vidal Sassoon Salons in London. He also has been trained in the coloring technique balyage by Richard Drews from the Gene Juarez Salon. Aleksey enjoys tackling balyage and women’s short precision cuts. He believes a good cut is a solid foundation for any color. He enjoys creative improvisation, inventing and experimenting with new techniques in order to achieve the desired effect. In his free time he enjoys painting, playing the guitar, cooking, camping and spending time with his two cats Carlito (the friendly one) and Lucipurr (the grumpy one).
